Training with Hamrick Fitness is fun and affordable. Getting started has never been easier! Every new client gets a complimentary consultation where we discuss your goals, analyze your fitness level, and make a game plan you can be comfortable with on your journey! 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long will it take to see results? 

Results vary. People usually start noticing results after about 3 weeks, physical and mental results. 

What type of exercise routine will I be doing? 

All workouts are custom to your goals and current strength. All include weight/resistance training, core strengthening, and cardio and stretching.

 

Can you help me with a diet or nutrition plan? 

I can! I am a sports nutritionist and can create a simple meal plan that will help you reach your goals. 

How often should I train, and for how long? 

I always recommend at least 2-3 days a week for about 45min. If that is too much to start, just getting in some physical activity everyday for around 15min will show progress. 

 

What do I do if I'm not seeing progress?

Be patient. Not the answer people want, but the truth. There is no magic bullet, special diet, fancy exercise that will speed up the process. This is change for the long haul, for your future self to appreciate.

CONSULTATION

Every client starts with a free, one hour complimentary consultation where we discuss your history and goals. We will also run through some light exercises to assess your fitness level! This is your chance to ask questions, and find out how personal training works!
